Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Final sale items (marked “Non-refundable”) cannot be refunded.
How to Request a Refund

Photos of the item (if defective/damaged)

Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label (if applicable).

Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
2. Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for:

Size/color changes (subject to availability)

Defective or incorrect items

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
How to Request an Exchange

Your order number

The desired replacement item

Photos (if defective/wrong item)

If approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

You may need to return the original item before the replacement is shipped.
Note: Exchanges are free if the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item). Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Photos/videos of the issue

We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.
No returns are needed for defective items—we may ask you to recycle/discard them.
Important Notes

Processing Time: Refunds/exchanges may take 3–10 business days after we receive your return.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the error is ours.

Lost in Transit: If a return package is lost, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
